Automobile Engineering

Mechanical (Automobile) Engineering department is established to cater training and knowledge in the field of Mechanical (Automobile) technology to impart services to today's need.

Almost all of the essential tools and equipments are available in the Lab. Sufficient number of engines (both petrol and diesel) along with automobile components and parts are there to impart training to the students. Ancillary equipments like Air Compressor, Tool post Lift, Wheel Balancing Machine, Spark Plus cleaning and testing machine, pneumatic tools and hydraulic tools are being installed in the Lab.
We already have a service station, which is fully functional.

The lab is meant to familiarize the students with dismantling, servicing, testing and assembling of the engines, the various assemblies and subassemblies and various systems of an automobile. Finally, a student must be capable of undertaking and working on a project of his own with confidence.

To get the students well acquainted with the field of knowledge, experts from various areas are invited to have interaction with the students. The department also arranges field visits for the students to see practices going on in the field.

The students are imparting training in the various department of Mechanical (Automobile) Engineering during the course period for getting field knowledge.
